Privacy policy

Effective 12 October 2026.

In short: Remiza has no server of its own and sends nothing to its developer. No analytics, no ads, no tracking. Data goes straight from your iPhone to ZET, as in ZET's own app; everything else stays on the device.

Who is responsible

Remiza is published by Marko Bianchi ("we"). ZET, Zagrebački električni tramvaj d.o.o., is responsible for the data in your ZET account (name, email, prepaid wallet, tickets) under its own data protection policy. Remiza is not affiliated with ZET.

What we receive

Nothing. Remiza has no server, no account with us and no analytics. It contains no third-party SDKs for advertising, statistics or tracking.

What is sent to ZET

• Sign-in: your email and password go to ZET. The password is not stored; the sign-in tokens ZET returns are kept in the iOS Keychain on your device.
• Location: when you load ticket types or buy a ticket, your location and its accuracy are sent to ZET to find the tariff zone (and stored with the purchase, as in ZET's app).
• Tickets and wallet: purchases, vehicle changes, active tickets, ticket history, wallet balance, orders, messages and favourite stops are exchanged with ZET only when you use them.
• Departures: a stop's departures are loaded from ZET (with your sign-in).

Public timetable and vehicle position data (GTFS and GTFS-Realtime from www.zet.hr) are loaded without any of your data. The map is shown by Apple Maps.

What stays on your device

• Location for nearby stops, the stop board, "Prema meni" and nearby vehicles is processed on the device and not sent anywhere. It is used only while the app is open.
• Motion (if you allow it): on the device only, to tell whether you're riding.
• Camera: only to read the vehicle's QR sticker. No image is stored or sent.
• NFC: only to read the same sticker.
• Notifications (ticket expiry, "Vozim se") are local, scheduled by the device.
• Widgets and the Live Activity read data the app keeps on the device.
• Settings, favourite stops, recent vehicles, ticket-type counts and the downloaded timetable are stored on the device.

Deletion

Signing out deletes the sign-in tokens. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored on the device. To change or delete the data in your ZET account, contact ZET.

Children

Remiza is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect their data.
